Growing Herbs Indoors this Winter

For those of you who made it into the restaurant when we were fully operational, you might remember the wall of herbs we had growing year round. We grew mint, basil, thyme, rosemary and others depending on the season.

Some of these tips would have been quite useful for us back in the day, but now we feel like sharing with those who can still benefit!
